The Band will always be pleased to accomodate your specific requirements if possible. The details of what the Band offers to provide, together with the details of the required facilities for the playing area (i.e. chairs or covered playing area) will be detailed on the Contract Document provided to you by the band in advance of the Engagement.

Please note that the details on the contract document provided to you (which will include the agreed donation amount) must be agreed by you by returning a signed copy to us before the band commits to the engagement.
